Mindscape released their LightSpeed 3.0 O/R Mapper which is a huge update to the product. LightSpeed was already cool in that in had support for multiple databases and schema round tripping. In LightSpeed 3.0, however, not only has the Visual Designer been really beefed up with a whole bunch of refactoring, navigation, and filtering capabilities, but you also have
- Query Enhancements - Enhanced LINQ provider with support for joins, grouping and subqueries.
- Migrations - Capture and customize your database change scripts and add into soure control
- Better Legacy Application Support - Composite Keys and Stored Procedure Support.
- Databases - SQL Server 2008 Support
- etc...
