If you have Windows 7 as an ISO and you want to create a bootable CD, DVD, or USB Flash Drive for installation on a Netbook ( or PC in general ), you can certainly look into the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool on CodePlex.
Per the project:
“The Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool allows you to create a copy of your Windows 7 ISO file on a USB flash drive or a DVD. To create a bootable DVD or USB flash drive, download the ISO file and then run the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool. Once this is done, you can install Windows 7 directly from the USB flash drive or DVD.”
Might have to try this myself as I have a new Netbook with Windows XP SP3 on it and I want to install the Windows 7 Starter Kit.
You can check out the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool here.
