Open Data Protocol Visualizer for Visual Studio 2010 - WCF Data Services

At PDC '09, Microsoft mentioned that ADO.NET Data Services ( Codename: Astoria ) was now going to be called WCF Data Services and the protocol that it uses was going to be called the Open Data Protocol ( ODP ).

If you are using WCF Data Services in Visual Studio 2010, you can get yourself a handy dandy Open Data Protocol Visualizer to better view the data being returned from the service. The Visualizer is located on Code Gallery and can be downloaded here. The visualizer shows the types and relationships of the model being returned just like you get from the Entity Data Model and LINQ To SQL Visual Designers. In this case, however, the Visualizer is just a read-only representation of the types and relationships being returned from the WCF Data Service.

This is a very handy tool and much better than looking at the ATOMPub or JSON results as a way to get an overall picture of the model.
