Microsoft announced that it will be releasing Visual Studio 2010 on March 22, 2010.
Microsoft also announced the availability of Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 and .NET Framework 4.0 Beta 2 for MSDN Subscribers. Everyone will be able to download it on Wednesday. It has a go-live license and is supposed to have a smooth upgrade path to the RTM bits when they are released. Among other things, Soma mentions an interesting piece of news on his blog:
“Team Foundation Server is now included in all versions of Visual Studio 2010. For small teams that need only core development features such as source control, bug tracking, and build automation, TFS Basic offers a simple, streamlined install and runs on server or client machines. Test Elements users will notice a more intuitive and responsive user interface.”

When Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 is released to the public you will be able to download it from here.
