Xbox LIVE Community Games
This is like the Apple App Store for iPhone games and applications where you can create and sell games for the XBOX, Windows, and Zune, except the App Store is much better. The main hold-up here is that the XNA Game Studio 3.0 won't be available until October 30 and it will take developers some time to convert their games using the official release of XNA Game Studio 3.0.

Although I prefer the iPhone and iPhone Games these days, I am really excited to see this happen for developers targeting the Zune, Windows, and XBOX. They have to be excited about all of this.
