You can download the new AJAX Control Toolkit for .NET 3.5 SP1 on CodePlex. You get your usual bug fixes and apparently a new MultiHandleSlider Control, which I don't see demonstrated on the interactive AJAX Control Toolkit Website.
I haven't used the AJAX Control Toolkit lately prefering other javascript libraries. I did recently help a few clients deploy the ContextAutoCompleteExtender Control, RealTimeSearchMonitor Control and ServerSideValidationExtender Control which use the toolkit and are in the Web Client Software Factory, however. I recommend checking out those WCSF Controls as well. Here is a screencast that I created showing off the controls at the Day of Patterns & Practices Event earlier in the year:
