Looks like Microsoft Patterns & Practices is slowly releasing the updated WCSF Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5 Guidance Bundles for download.
Not sure why they are using the term Application Blocks instead of Guidance Bundles in the titles, but the end result is the same.
