Green Tea Body Building and Fitness Uses

I am absolutely fascinated by all the claims made about green tea.  I came across an article on a Body Building website that talks about Green Tea Body Building and Fitness uses.  You can read the entire article here, which is actually quite good.

I am not a body builder nor understand anything about body building, so I have no clue as to whether the article has a shred of truth.  Here is a snippet from the article that talks about the bodybuilding and fitness uses of green tea.

If you have a bmr of 2000 or so that means 60 extra calories a day. Why do you see so few obese Asians. Its not the kung-fu. It's the green tea!“
